Newbery American Cricket Champions League National Championship Oct 9-11

Welcome to 2015 Newbery American Cricket Champions League National Championship from Oct 9-11

These three days of fine cricket and fun festivities would not be possible without the massive efforts of the local hosts, Florida Cricket Conference and its many dedicated volunteers as well as the tireless season long efforts of the ACCL operations team. To them, we owe a debt of gratitude.

We are truly privileged to have Legends of Cricket in Michael Holding, Alvin Kallicharran and Lawrence Rowe amongst us. May they inspire the current generation of US cricketers to do what it takes to be their best.

Last but not least, these are important times in US Cricket with the suspension of USACA and the involvement of the ICC to help repair US cricket where it is broken. What is working well is ACF of which you all are members, something for which you deserve accolades as you didn’t have to join ACF but you chose to. In doing so, you are showing the world that if we as US cricket stakeholders can put our heads together, differences aside and think of something much larger than us – the well being of American Cricket – then we naturally act in principled ways which make US cricket better and stronger.

May this weekend bring the very best of competition while upholding the Spirit of Cricket.

Jagan Jagannathan
Chairman, ACF
