ACF Releases Approved Constitution

Sunday, March 17, 2013 – The American Cricket Federation today released its Constitution. The document was unanimously approved by the organization’s Steering Committee and will be presented for membership ratification later this year.

The constitution can be found here.

The well thought out document was the primary focus of the ACF since last year. According to ACF’s Constitution Committee chairman Prof. Gangaram Singh, “A tremendous amount of energy was put into drafting the document as the foundation of the organization, and to make incoming members fully aware and comfortable as members of ACF.”

The Constitution is centered on inclusivity of all cricket stakeholders with an Advisory & Judicial Committee as a watch-dog group overseeing issues of good governance of the organization and also assumes the role of Ombudsman.
