ACF Membership Tops 100

12 May 2013 – The American Cricket Federation (ACF) today announced that its membership roster has surpassed 100 members, moving beyond the projections of the organization, since its “open for business” drive in March.

ACF has been reaching out to leagues, clubs and individuals who are genuinely interested in developing cricket at the grassroots level and building a cadre of volunteers dedicated to the sport and its development in the USA. A hallmark of ACF is the democratic role stakeholders can play in policy-making and the growth of cricket in America.

According to ACF’s membership Chair, Shahid Ahmed, “We are encouraged by the response to our outreach efforts and we will strive to reach all whom we believe to be like-minded in our quest to deliver the best governance, transparency, integrity, democracy, and inclusiveness. In the interim we urge everyone to visit www.americancricketfederation.com and learn more about ACF and its mission.

Individual players, clubs, leagues or other entities can register online. Payment is supported by PayPal.”
