ACF Membership Climbs To 75

24 April 2013 – Membership of American Cricket Federation (ACF) climbed to more than 75 members shortly after the new US cricket organization held its most recent “Face-to-Face” meeting on April 6th in Chicago, Ill, and soon after announcing that ACF had reached its first 50 member milestone.

Less than one month after “opening for business,” the organization has registered more than 75 members, and is on track to reach the 100 member milestone before the end of this month.

Following the meeting in Chicago, ACF received several inquiries from individuals, clubs and leagues, regarding membership and the organization’s inclusive and transparent approach to the management of cricket in the USA.

A hallmark of ACF is the greater democratic role stakeholders can play in policy-making and the growth of cricket in America.

According to ACF’s Treasurer Mike Thomas, “The online membership application process at www.americancricketfederation.com is a very simple one for individual players, clubs, leagues or other entities, and payment is supported by PayPal.”
